• All puppies are vet-checked and up-to-date on vaccinations before going to their new homes.

• We guarantee your puppy is free from hereditary and congenital health conditions for the first 12 months of life.

• If a covered health condition is diagnosed within the guarantee period, we offer a replacement puppy, reimbursement of veterinary expenses, or other solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

• We require that the puppy be seen by a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days of arrival to validate this guarantee.
